About Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga taught by Yogi Bhajan is called the Yoga of Awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul. 

In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purifiy the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

Effect of Kundalini Yoga on the Human life

Human life is simple to understand. If it’s not simple we have not yet understood.  

Once we are able to relax and release our basic stress patterns, we as human beings are designed to live healthy, happy and successful. How we then decide what we want to create in this life is up to ourselves and all we need to do is to decide to open up for the endless possibilities the universe has to offer.  

But it is not just a mere mental decision, we also need to be able to integrate our whole being, our “heart” into that very decision. Our consciousness needs the support of a clean subconscious. This is where all issues start.  

The crucial part in order to live a happy and successful life is to clear out the subconscious blockages off our psyche and body and reclaim our vitality and wellbeing which is a natural and inherent state of being to all of us.  

 That is what we practise in Kundalini Yoga through physical exercises, breathing techniques, meditation and the technology of divine sound (naad yoga) in order to reconnect with our authentic and true self.
